No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2Eligibility

• Open to aviation industry professionals attending Aviation Festival Asia 2026.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Employees of Flynapse and immediate family members are not eligible.

3Entry Period

The lucky draw is open for entries during the Aviation Festival Asia 2026 dates. All entries must be received during the event period to be eligible.

4How to Enter

• Complete the MRO efficiency calculator form with your name, email, and company.
• Limit one entry per person.

5Prize

Prize details will be announced at the event. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Flynapse reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6Winner Selection

• Winners are selected at random after the event concludes.
• Winners will be contacted via the email provided within 14 days of the event.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

7Data Use

Submitted data is used for lucky draw administration and follow-up communications about Flynapse products. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

8Limitation of Liability

Flynapse is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. By entering, participants agree to release Flynapse from any liability arising from participation in the lucky draw or use of any prize.

9General Conditions

Flynapse reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the lucky draw if fraud or technical issues compromise its integrity. Any attempt to tamper with the entry process will result in disqualification.
