A strategic and analytical thinker, Rishabh holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and an engineering degree from IIT Delhi. As co-founder of Flynapse, Rishabh is focused on transforming aviation operations by combining deep domain knowledge with cutting-edge AI innovation.

Aditya is a data science and AI leader with deep expertise in building enterprise-scale solutions across healthcare, hospitality, and operations. He has led high-performing teams, architected AI-first transformations, and delivered intelligent automation products that improve efficiency, decision-making, and customer outcomes.
At Ensemble Health Partners, he established and scaled the AI function, driving adoption of advanced ML, GenAI, and optimization across business workflows. Prior to that, he led pricing and data science initiatives at OYO and developed cutting-edge AI products at Opera Solutions.
An IIT Delhi graduate with a dual degree in Electrical Engineering and ICT, Aditya combines strong technical foundations with product vision and operational insight. He is passionate about applying AI to solve real-world problems and transform complex systems.
